Orders & Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. Some pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Delivery times vary depending on location. International freight is calculated at checkout.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Product Care

Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions. Store your earrings in the SoNZ jewellery box provided to keep them looking their best. Full details are on our Care Instructions page.

Yes, our materials are designed to be durable and lightweight. Just avoid submersion in water and store them safely when not in use.
