Orders & Shipping
How long will shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 2â3 business days. Some pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. Youâll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Delivery times vary depending on location. International freight is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, youâll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we canât accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@sonzjewellery.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue â weâll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I wear my earrings outdoors?
Yes, our materials are designed to be durable and lightweight. Just avoid submersion in water and store them safely when not in use.
