We want your experience with SoNZ to be smooth from start to finish.
Here’s what to expect when you order with us.

Processing Times

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Some designs are made to order - if there’s a short delay, we’ll contact you right away.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We use tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Delivery time varies depending on your location and chosen courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has shipped. You can also track it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or damaged. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch and we'll be sure to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please email contact@sonzjewellery.co.nz within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo and we'll get it sorted for you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. We'll let you know once the refund is processed. Please allow up to 2 working days for the transfer to complete.

Order Changes

If you need to update your delivery address or order details, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we can’t make changes but we'll always do what we can!

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in a SoNZ jewellery box for protection and presentation.
